About Rick:
Rick’s musical journey began at the age of 13. He has admitted to breaking into his grandmother’s apartment to listen to his Uncle’s records like “Mothers of Invention,” “The Fugs,” “ MC5,” and many others. By the age of 16 he was working in local clubs and finding work through the “Village Voice” and other musician oriented want ads. He spent much of his time working in the five Burroughs of NYC, from clubs to Off-Broadway and Rick has graced many international stages. Rick has performed in major venues around the world with artists such as Don McLean, Commander Cody Band, Savoy Brown, Roy Orbison Jr., Little Melvin, Bang Gang… just to name a few.
Rick is active in the TV/Movie music industry and is a long-time member of the American Federation of Musicians local 238-291 (co-chair recording and touring committee and executive officer.)

When he is not performing or lending his talents as a studio musician, Rick has a successful business as a Master Luthier. He has fixed and built guitars for artists such as Shawn Mendez, The Lumineers, Earl Slick, Gerry Leonard, Shania Twain and Post Malone just to name a few.
